With your help the Hog Jog raised $68,000 with more than 460 runners participating in the 3.5 km, 10 km and Weaner Run events. Hog Jog’s continuing success comes from the enthusiastic participation of runners and walkers, sponsors, neighborhood and industry cheerleaders, and the many volunteers who participate each year.
The Rotary Hospice provides a peaceful, comfortable home with 24-hour specialized palliative care for those at end-of-life as well as support for those in their circle. It provides a needed alternative to institutional care facilities and home care - an essential option that did not previously exist in Huron Perth and Area until its official opening on June 22, 2019. Funds raised by Hog Jog will enable the construction of a Serenity Garden to support residence and staff with a natural, beautiful place for reflection.
